Rava ladu

                                                              Rava Ladu Ingredients: Rava / Sooji (semolina) – 1 cup Sugar – ¾ to 1 cup (as per sweetness preference) Ghee – ¼ to ½ cup (melted, adjust as needed) Grated dry coconut – ¼ cup (optional but gives nice taste) Cardamom powder – ½ tsp Cashews – 8–10 (chopped) Raisins – 8–10 Method: Roast the rava Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan. Add the rava and roast on medium flame until it turns light golden and aromatic. Transfer to a plate and let it cool. Roast nuts In the same pan, add a little ghee. Roast cashews and raisins until golden and keep aside. Grind sugar Powder the sugar in a mixer to make it fine. Mix with cardamom powder.
